May the 4th Be With You! Fundraising Event

To our partners and their congregations,

You are invited to join us for Unity’s Partnership Dinner and Silent Auction on Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.!  In appreciation of the work you do to help our community, we are inviting you and the other churches we partner with for our Wednesday Outreach Ministry to join us for an evening of food, fellowship, fun, and fundraising.  We hope you and members of your congregation can join us for this event entitled “May the 4th Be With You!” 

Our evening will include an intergalactic dinner catered by Emerald City Catering.  A vegan option is available upon request.  Tickets for this event is $20.00 for adults; children, 10 and under, are $10.00.  We would appreciate tickets being purchased in advance.  Tickets will be available upon request on Wednesday evenings, following Sunday worship, or by calling Unity Lutheran Church at 414-744-6311. A limited amount of tickets will be available the day of the event.

A Silent Auction will be part of the evening.  Please bring your checkbook or cash to bid on many of our great items.  Last call for bidding will be at 7:00 pm.  Donations for the Silent Auction will be accepted until Wednesday, May 1st.   A sample of the Silent Auction items include:

• Bowling package for four people from Bay View Bowl
• Discovery World – 4 ticket package
• Lakeshore Chinooks – 4 ticket package
• Milwaukee Admirals – 4 ticket package
• Milwaukee Food & City Tours - $50 gift certificate
• Family Zoo Pass Plus Parking
• Gift certificates to Sven's Coffee

• Painted rain barrel

The monies earned during this event will go to Unity Lutheran Church’s general fund to help with the costs associated with our ministries, including Soup Kitchen, Food Pantry, Clothing Closet, Active Adult Center, etc.
