Discipleship Coaching

Think of discipleship coaching as two people traveling together on the day of Jesus' resurrection that were surprised to meet him on a random road. Just like Jesus sends out his disciples in mission in partnership pairings, Unity equips two people to walk together in discerning how Jesus is leading them in his mission and supporting each other as they grow in faith.
Typically, you and your partner would schedule to meet semi-weekly for up to 90 minutes. During each session, partners look to identify what the Holy Spirit has been doing in their lives and in the world around them. They are then able to share stories of God in action, in both the highs and lows in life. By the end of each session, the partners set personal goals for next steps in following Jesus in his mission over the coming weeks, holding one another in prayer each day. |
