CommUNITY Learning Series
Unity has started this series for community growth and understanding for one another. This new series will be taking place roughly 2x a year.
You're invited to learn and grow with us by saving the date of Saturday, October 10th.
Our fourth event in Unity's CommUNITY Learning Series features author Karen Gonzales. We will be reading her book Beyond Welcome: Centering Immigrants in Our Christian Response to Immigration during our RIC book club this summer! We look forward to seeing you then! The presentation topic: "The Unforgettable Outsider: How the Book of Ruth Disrupts Modern Immigration Policy and Biblical Privilege." Doors open at 3:30pm and the event begins at 4pm. We look forward to seeing you then! |
